Its a little sad to see the old cars being phased out. I'm surprised they can't be repurposed for homeless shelters or outdoor restaurants like the old cargo containers have been.

one of quite a few politically charged props on the ballot coming up. Didn't realize it could be such a boon to BART's budget. The way Prop 15 is marketed is a little misleading, like most of the revenue would go to schools.
