Wow the state may have just gotten a lucky break somehow the budget still turned out with a surplus for the last financial year Prop 19 - there are some sick rich old people without kids that really want to move but keep their low property assessments. Could you imagine people wanting to moving from a 100k home to a 2m one and paying the same in property tax. The class battle is sick with this one. And there is no organized opposition cause everyone is focused one prop 15 so...
