Jeez. IDK what to say. I have to imagine BART police are deliberately trying to avoid confrontation with african-americans but it is what it is. Frankly the disparity in the the statistics is a reflection of societal inequity, an inequity society doesn't want to adjust for.

BART is moving quick to the new headquarters, should be in by 2021. Good investment.
