Know that BART is planning to increase the surcharge for magnetic stripe tickets. This basically a war on paper tickets, I think they're jealous of SMART trains which started with and only allows clipper.

Not sure how to feel about this. I think they make too many agencies.
Great summary presentation on the housing bills currently in legislation. SB 330 appears to have passed but its only a bill to lock in zoning requirements that already exist around transit stations not something helpful like SB 50
