SB 50 is a good attempt. it tries to fix everything that was a controversial about SB 287 but it still has a lot of questions. Newsom is going to have to make enemies if he want to create the housing that he promised. It either that or he doesn't get voted for again.

Its a little annoying that Marin, Sonoma, Solano, and Napa have to get exemptions from SB 50 but whatever.
